Is there a port of this mod for the 1.10.2 version of Minecraft? If not, could someone do it, please? I don't understand about coding at all, otherwise I'd do it myself.

No sorry, I won't backport to older version. Only 1.16.5 is currently supported, and 1.12.2 might get an updates as well if I find time to do so.
