Bug with PlayerEx regeneration

Hello, to start off with, I love your mod and would like to use it for my custom modpack. However, there seem to be an incompatibility when it comes to playerEx's health regeneration. (https://ibb.co/BT6t2Yn). What happens is that my screen keeps shaking when I am regenerating. Character keeps taking damage (https://ibb.co/vXsV5R6).
Any way to resolve this issue? Please do let me know, hopefully this is fixed.
Minecraft version: 1.16.5
First Aid version: 1.9.7
PlayerEx version: 1.18
Had the same issue as you in my ModPack. I was able to narrow it down to an issue with PlayerEx thanks to your post here. (Thank you). Here is how to fix it in a current playthrough.
Steps To Fix:
-
Make sure you have cheats enabled. If you don't, go into the ESC menu and click Open To Lan, set Allow Cheats to On, then click Start Lan World.
-
Open your inventory then your Skill Sheet by clicking the scroll in the right hand corner.
-
Take Note of your level and your attribute levels. Take a screenshot if you need to by pressing F2. Screenshots can be found in the profile folder in the folder Screenshots. Or write it down if tabbing in and out is not an option or if you don't have a second screen.
-
Close out of your inventory
-
Open the Mods Config Menu via the ESC Menu, Then Type in player in the search. Once Player EX comes up, click it then Config.
-
Next click Modify under Common Configurations, Then Functions.
-
Turn off Add Health Regen and turn off Add Health Regen Amp. Then click back, and then save.
-
Exit the config menu and the ESC menu back into the game.
-
Now press your / key to open the chat text line.
-
Copy and paste this command into the chat text or after writing it down, type it out, replacing player with your character name then enter.
/playerex reset player
-
This will completely reset your skills and clear out the Healing/Damage Bug. Not to worry, you are about to get your levels back without the bug.
-
Next Type or paste this line into the chat text, again replacing player with your character name, and inputting your Level number you noted before, replacing amount then press enter.
/playerex level-add player amount
-
Press ESC to exit the chat text input.
-
Go back into your inventory, and then back into your skill sheet. You can now add back points into your attributes to allow you to wear your armor and use your weapons and tools.
This disables the health regen boost that comes with Player Ex, however you still can heal naturally over time and with food along with bandages, salves, enchantments, baubles, spells, so on and so forth.
