The player cannot respawn

When the player reaches 0 health and dies, they cannot get past the "Respawn or Main menu" screen, simply neither of the two buttons do anything, you must close the game and re-enter the server. The problem will be caused by First Aid. Any solution?
Runing on forge server 1.18.2 and First Aid ver 1.11.1.
