no config for debuffs - 1.20.1

I saw the debuffs are controlled via datapacks you can find them here in the respetory under (https://github.com/ichttt/FirstAid/tree/1.20.x/src/main/resources/data/firstaid/firstaid/debuffs)

however, i‘ve added the files with different values to the datapack folder but the debuffs dont change.
