Im using this mod alongside the better combat mod. but to me the camera seems to low to properly work them together. is it possible for you to add a Y axis to the camera settings?

No. The camera won't be touched by this mod as this would cause tons of compatibility issues and make the mod illegal to use on any multiplayer server.
