Whenever I'm just walking or flying, and sometimes even when I just look in a certain direction, I start glowing. I can't find a fix or a reason my shader would do this. I'm on 1.20.2

I have no influence on shaders. Contact the shader dev and or Iris/Optifine, depending on what you are using.
