How about putting a position adjustment setting on the vanilla hand screen? This is essential for mods that use weapon animation, so it fits perfectly with the player's body.

Also add an option to make it so that when moving the camera sideways the body rotates along with it so that you can't see without the arms.

That is an option in Not Enough Animations (rotation locking).

Vanilla hands is... the Vanilla view. I don't quite understand what you mean that it needs a position adjustment setting?

It was because I activate the vanilla hands so as not to bug with weapon mods and leave only the body of the FPM

You know when I move the screen sideways and the body kind of stops when rotating completely , then with this option the body follows the camera when rotating the view

That makes no sense. It's the vanilla view, it has nothing to do with FPM. I guess you can use resource packs to position/scale items in firstperson however you want (like https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/tiny-totem ).
