Yes, I had Synthra Connector, Connector Extras, Fortified Fabric Api, Cloth Config, and Fish Of Thieves installed. I disabled everything else during testing, and when I upgraded to the previous version, the error went away, so it must be FoT.

Those 3 of this mods doesn't required for FoT. Please make sure it does really come from it. My mod doesn't interact with any swimming logic.

Oh, sorry, I'm used to Forgified Fabric API usually coming with Synthra Connector..
When trying to reproduce it bug again with and without it, the error just disappeared, I don't know why, but I'm glad about it..
Apparently in modpacks with 200+ mods the system can simply produce unpredictable behavior..
