Mod Config Button Not Selectable

Issue

When looking in the mods menu, the config option for Fish Traps is greyed out (unselectable).

If this is intentional, what is the correct approach for editing the config file?

Minecraft: 1.14.4
Forge: 28.1.0
Fish Traps: 1.14.4-0.0.4

Issuse closed. Config file found in config folder. Surprise surprise.
