While wearing the Crown of Rule, skeletons don't act as your minions, but instead just ignore you until you attack them or get really close, as if their vision radius was greatly reduced.

If I have to be honest, while I don't think this is intentional functionality for the Crown of Rule, I have to say that it is way more balanced than the original function and honestly is even better than before this way. Any mod like Dungeon Crawl or When Dungeons Arise would've been rendered incredibly easy upon turning armored skeletons into your minions, so I propose that this actually stay as the main function of the Crown of Rule and simply change the description of the item itself.
