[1.12.2] Fish's Undead Rising-1.5.2 breaks Techguns drill

After updating to 1.5.2 (after not updating for about a year), every attempt at using Techguns drill spams the game with crashes:
And also ends up producing a lot of ghost blocks. This makes Techguns drill completely useless and even harmful to the world.

The crashes are gone once Fish Undead is removed.
