Describe the bug you're experiencing

According to the CF page, this is a client side mod. The fabric.mod.json does not reflect that. Checked https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/fix-gpu-memory-leak/files/4884979

I don't know if that's also the case with the Forge 1.20.1 or NeoForge 1.21.1 manifests

Its functionality only affects the client yes, though it is safe to put it on serverside aswell. Not sure what the issue here is?
