Suggestions

It would be awesome to restrict a new claim when the player has made a claim after some seconds ago.

The problem that i have is that a player claims a region , mines all valuable things and then removes the claim.
So the world is mined out after some days..

Pls add a Config to edit the time after a new claim from the same player can be claimed.

Also pls make a permission to bypass the time for admins & other groups
