Chest on claim border can be accessed placing second part near it

Description

When a chest is placed along the claim border, player without access could place second chest near it, making a double chest and access it's items.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Alice make any claim
  2. Alice place single chest on the border, facing along border
  3. Alice put some items in that chest
  4. Bob cannot open a cest
    image
  5. Bob place a second chest outside of claim so it forms a double chest with original
    image
  6. Bob open double chest from the outside of claim block and can access items in both parts
    image
