Description

-adding players to claims through the flan menu gui isn't working
-some claims are acting as if they aren't & are there at the same time, other claims are disappearing entirely

What does this mean?
-people can't trust their friends
-property isn't guaranteed to be protected by flan

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a claim and try to add someone to it
2. Have someone else test if the claim is protected

Bump on this, having claims disappear, reappear, and can't use flan menu to add people / edit sub claims

Reopening this since only the first part of the issue was fixed. Claims still disappear sometimes and its causing a lot of griefs to happen on the server. Hope it can be prioritized and looked into soon.
