Description

Claims will be there one second and gone the next.
Then you place and break a block and their back for a short time. Essentially completely broken. Grief is a huge problem on the server rn due to this

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a server
2. Make a claim
3. Have someone test the claim over a period of hours (sometimes minutes)

In reference to this ticket #352 but it was closed.

Not sure if related to the issue but these are the errors I've found on console:

To recreate

1. make a claim
2. Wait
3. Do not place / break blocks as this temporary fixes the issue
4. Them right click with a stick and the claim will fail to register or be protected by flan

The fix is reverting to a largely prior version of flan
