The placeholders for the player name are not working as stated in the config wiki page

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit the Flan config file to have a default enter or leave message with %1$s as placeholder for the player name like stated in the wiki, like "ENTERING claim of %1$s"
2. Save and restart the server
3. Enter and/or leave a claim to only see ENTERING claim of
