Game Version: 1.21.1
Loader Version: Fabric 0.16.14
Mod Version: 1.11.7.b
Well, the mod provides the option to allow or disallow interaction with certain types of items and blocks, and also allows you to mark users who can do so.
An interesting additional option would be to have the possibility of choosing which specific item could or not be interacted with, for example.
The "Open Container" option would open a new page containing all the containers in the game (usable in survival, vanilla or mod containers).
On this same page, players would have 4 options:
-
Mark / Unmark (individual item, just click)
-
Mark All / Unmark All
-
Back
-
Confirm
This way, interaction with containers would be completely customized, allowing only those that the claim owner wants, the same would apply to the "Block Interaction" option.
I thought about this because currently on my server I and other players would like to allow other players to use furnaces and other specific containers, but not specific mod blocks and chests.
The problem is that Flan puts everything in the same category and it is not possible to separate "opening a chest" from "opening a furnace", so being able to manually select the items that people can interact with would be very interesting.
Solution
Something like this:

this is already possible. see https://github.com/Flemmli97/Flan/wiki/Allowed-Entries which covers most actions

Got it, thanks!
In this case, with "open container" disabled in the "global permissions" menu, can I still allow other players to access the furnaces by adding their ID?
I thought the area where we fill in item usage permissions was for player names.
