Description

When adding new blocks using the "Allowed block use" menu, you eventually reach the maximum visible in a page.
If you keep adding blocks further, no arrow to look at the next page appears, such as how it does for a menu like "Global-Permissions".
This makes it so that you have to remove blocks from page 1 to be able to remove those from further pages, thus then needing to re-add the ones from page 1 (which shouldn't need to be removed).
Seems purely visual, other functionality seems fine (blocks not showing due to the page limit seem to still work as intended when added to the list).
Did not test if it occurs for the other similar menus.
Could not test if a "Prev" arrow button is also missing.

About attachments:
They showcase what a "Next" button looks like in another menu; the accessed "Allowed block use" menu; the lack of the button in said menu; the expected outcome when removing a block (blocks moving over one slot); the menu after the removal but before re-entering it to update; and the menu after updating, with a block that was in the inaccessible page 2 now visible.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Step one: Open /flan menu inside a claim.
  2. Step two: Open the "Allowed block use" menu.
  3. Step three: Click the "Add" button and add enough blocks to fill the page.
  4. Step four: Click the "Add" button and add one more block (this will not make a "Next" arrow button appear, even if using the "Back" button and entering the menu once again).

just a suggestion for you: you can use tags in this list so you dont need to manually write out every item/block etc.
this assuming that the blocks are actually tagged though
