Description

Lapis is staying on the ground after resizing a claim, but it disappears when rejoining

Steps to reproduce

1. Step one
   Have a claim made, then immediately resize it while spamming it at least 3 times on the same block, then make the new size, which then lapis is stuck on the ground even after the gold perimeter disappears

Mods that might affect the issue

Do have a few mods installed, but I wouldn't think anything will have issues
