Description

As it says, the owner of a claim will get infinite saturation while in the claim, I assume this is caused by the No Hunger permission being true. Which by default is set to false and non-editable, and appears like such in menus.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a profile on the above mentioned versions, just have flan and fabric api
2. Launch the game and go into a singleplayer world (or server, does not matter)
3. Make a claim
4. Take damage in the claim that would require you to heal with food. Food will not go down. (This effect is clearer with appleskin in, but is still present without)

Mods that might affect the issue

I'm quite literally using a profile with only fabric api and flan, I don't think any other mods are effecting this.
