Seems there is a problem with other mods like Galacticraft or Universal Electricity. It looks like Flans mod is overwriting the icons of these mods by its own icons. Not all of them, but many. The original icons are replaced by 2 or more icons used by flans mod.
This error came with the 1.5 update.
