Describe the bug
when rotating the turret on lets for say a tank it seems to twitch and looks a little strange
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- hop into a tank
- rotate turret
Expected behaviour
turret turning smoothly?

- Forge: 1.12.2
- Flan's Mod: 1.12.2 5.6
