When shooting glass there are missing textures

Describe the bug
When shooting at a glass pane when the glass smashes there are tiny purple and black squares that appear
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Get a gun
- Find a glass pane
- Shoot glass pane
- Glass pane shows missing textures
Expected behaviour
Texture should be there
Versions (please complete the following information)
- Forge: 1.12.3
- Flan's Mod: 5.6
