Sounds too loud

Edit: I should've also noted this behavior is only noticeable in multiplayer, after all, you'd probably find it difficult to be within a set distance of yourself :)
Describe the bug
Sounds only activate within a certain range, as intended, however when coming within this range, flans mod noises jump to a sudden maximum. It does not matter where the entities are located, it will always sound like the {gun, vehicle, gun reload} is right beside you
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the "behaviour":
- Enter the sound activation range (i.e. someone else holding a gun some distance away)
- Reload a gun (especially noticeable), shoot a gun (a little less immersive breaking) or drive something.
- Take your headphones off
Expected behaviour
A gradient increase in noise as the entity moves closer. i.e., Shouldn't be able to hear a gun reload 30 blocks away (if not only slightly). Gunshots should be quieter when they are farther away, louder when they are closer.

- Forge: 1.12.2 2838
- Flan's Mod: 5.6
Additional context
This may be a feature request. I'm not sure how older versions of flans performed sound-wise. I wonder if this should be handled client side.
