The mod works fine except for a few bugs. 1 is that no NEI recipes work when you hit "r" on the item. 2 is that when holding a gun and hitting f5 you do not see the gun in your hand. 3 is on startup I get this message: http://pastebin.com/SK0babgg 4 is that I also get this message on startup: http://pastebin.com/z05NQrNE I am running the 1.4.7 with about 80 other mods in my modpack. Are there fixes for these bugs and are these severe bugs?

Also it spams the forge log with "failed to create teams.dat" on my desktop.. Why would that be on my desktop? Is there a way to change the location it is created

Are you using a Mac?

1. NEI recipes will only work for gun boxes and plane/vehicle crafting benches at the moment, no support added to show plane crafting yet.
2. What does F5 do?
3. First error you posted looks like it means that the metal cockpit will not be craftable.
4. From the second error I'd say you should probably delete your Flan packs and then reinstall them, seems some armour is having conflicts.

None of these are serious however if you want most planes to be craftable then the cockpit issue will have to be fixed. Either you've got a problem in your Flan packs or another mod has taken the item ID.

Yes it is and don't worry about the teams.dat message.
What OS are you using? I'm pretty sure the teams.dat issue was fixed in the 1.5.2 releases
The build you're on is quite old and has lots of bugs that have been fixed.

I am using OS7 and F5 puts you in third person. I could be holding a 50 cal and walk right up to someone without them knowing and kill them instantly due to this bug, and considering I am going to use it for a PVP server this is a vital bug.

And I am using 1.4.7 because the mods in my modpack have not all been updated to 1.5 yet

Guns can be seen fine in F5 mode in later versions.

ok then.... I guess I will just use 1.5.2 and lose some mods which are not updated :/
