Aiming down iron sights/scopes with a ZoomLevel less than ~1.3 causes the overlay to not appear

Gun A:

Scope scopea
ZoomLevel 1.3

Gun B:

Scope scopeb
ZoomLevel 1

Gun A's scope works, but Gun B's scope does not. When zooming in with Gun B, no overlay appears. Perhaps this is because the client is unable to load the overlay image instantly?

Attempted a fix. Do test this later
