Stuff still breaks when /teams canBreakGlass false set

So glass and glowstone still break with teams canBreakGlass set as false, sometimes it creates a glitched block that keeps pushing you up when you stand on it and fixes on relog but other times it the setting seems to turn to true and you can break the glass and no glitched block appears
