Fuel and ammo reset

Lately I have noticed on my server that fuel and ammo reset every so often.
I don't know why since there are no errors.

I leave a plane in a chest for a while with fuel and ammo and then after a while I go to use it and it's completely empty.

This only happens in a virtual chest plugin I'm using and not normal chests.
