Making AA guns take multiple hits before being able to be picked up would be good.
AA guns shouldn't be so quick to pick up.

Another way to make AA guns less OP in pvp would be to add a slow animation for the player getting onto the AA gun.

Slower aiming of the AA guns would be brilliant.
