Add grappling hook launchers that can allow for a line similar to a fishing rod line to be shot out in order to scale buildings.

I think this could be done in two ways: One, as a gun that needs ammo to do grappling hook stuff, and two, as a tool that uses durability instead of ammo. And a quickie, if this is added could we be able to swing on grappling hooks and other cool things?
