Add a field for zoomedInAccuracy to make guns more accurate when zoomed in

Because my guns use iron sights (which are useless), I would really appreciate this. It would work by two separate accuracy fields (accuracy, zoomedInAccuracy), right?

I would assume so, don't think it would be a good idea to do it based on the zoom value.
