The lamps (small & square) appear to continuously use as much power (EU) as they can even when their buffer is full.

I had two of them drain my CESU and keep eating up all the power my turbine produced (it was working at about 20%, so it was producing around 40 EU/t).

Gonna check that. Does that happen with the large lights as well?
