[Feature Request]: New Lamp Types with Minechem integration

Hello, I would like to share some ideas for your mod:
Maybe you could make discharge tube lamps, that can be filled with (Minechem?) gases using a new machine (maybe something like a "tube filler"). For example have a neon-filled tube emit a red light ( like a redstone torch / Colored Lights compatibility?) or make xenon-filled tubes emit uv-light? You could even make it more realistic, like those discharge tubes requiring a power controller block/circuit that draws a big amount of energy to start a lamp, but then requires much less energy, but a stable power supply.
Another idea would be some kind of dimmer-switch for the lights (maybe with sensor cards like in nuclear control) that could even be gui-less, like some of the Bibliocraft-blocks
My third idea would be to give players, that look directly into the lights (from a certain distance) blindness, while the level of blindness and the duration are controlled by the players distance to the floodlight and/or the "strength" of the light emitted by it.
I hope you take them into consideration, when looking for new content to code.

ColoredLightscore is dead. No colored lights possible. I will consider adding the gas lamps, but non colored only until a new maintained mod for colored lights is made.

Sorry, I haven't really been up to date. Thank you for considering the gas lamps though. Keep working on that great mod!
