[1.0.6] Using stacked empty buckets on fluid drawer fills one bucket, voids rest of empties

(Similar to #14 but it happens even without the StackSize mod installed.)

Expected Action: Fill 1 bucket of fluid, split off remainder of bucket itemstack.

To demonstrate/Reproduce:

  • Fill Fluid Drawers "Basic Tank" with at least 1000mb of Water
  • Fill Thermal Expansion "Portable Tank" with at least 1000mb of Water (also tested with Mekanism, EnderIO, and Openblocks tanks)
  • Have at least two buckets in a single itemstack on hotbar
  • Right click buckets on container

The Thermal Expansion tank works correctly, the Fluid Drawers tank disappears the rest of the empty buckets
