When I load (new or existing) chunks the server TPS is going below 5 or lower. This can crash the server bc one tick took longer the 60 seconds.
I don't know if that is related to that. But on that time MC (server)
uses like 15 GB ram.

That happens exceptionally on ocean biomes.
