Steps to Reproduce:

1. Try to set up automation by connecting Flux machines via logistics pipes. For example, use the Logistical Transporters from Mekanism.
2. Even try setting up specific pull/push configurations on the pipes, and/or even use extraction blocks to try to forcefully pull the output items from the machines.

Description of issue:
The Flux machines do not output to the pipes, no matter what configuration is used.
