Network Cache Added/Removed Console Spam

After updating FTB Beyond 1.8.1 -> 1.9.0
Current versions:
- Flux Networks -
FluxNetworks-1.10.2-1.2.4
- Sonar Core -
SonarCore-1.10.2-3.2.7
Issue
- Console Snippet
- Don't know if world saves are the trigger, but networks appear to be removed and added constantly (fresh server restart, no players online/interacting with Flux Networks)
- Some networks are chunkloaded while other are not, FTB Utilities being used for chunkloading (bringing this up knowing chunkloading issues in the past and currently)
Does the network cache file need to possibly be removed to be freshly written?
Edit: Also noticed this during server startup. Don't know if the log output just isn't working, or if the network save file can't be read properly, i.e. corrupted.
Nothing wrong with the Network Cache this is only some unnecessary logging.
Fixed in dev (inc. the server startup logging)
Ok, thanks for the update.
But being curious, is it just unclear log entries (me misunderstanding) or are the networks really being removed then added back to the network cache this often?
Are removals/additions to cache triggered by something specific (other than player interaction)?
