massive lags when huge number of plugs are present.

Hello all,
like the title says, servers became very unstable since updated from FTB Beyond 1.7.0 (using FN 1.2.3) to FTB Beyond 1.9.0 (using 1.2.4), when a large amount of plugs and points are present (a stuck of 400 of each. xD) on a limited range. (something like a 30chunks square.).
we had no problems on Beyond 1.7.0, but the drama begon on 1.9.0. server got extreme ticks lags, and become unusable (getting hardcore rollbacks in the plugged zone, but when teleported on a long distance away, problem seems not there, only if we are in the zone.).
tryied to put the map on my computer, i had famous FPS drops (dropped from 60 (capped in settings) to something like 10/0FPS.), and no TPS issues, but when breaking all the plugs, FPS drops disappears.
i try actually to upload the map on our VPS, et trying again to run the game smoothly, because on the local map, i have not this problem anymore.
is there a way to provide some usefull informations ? found nothing that seems usefull in the FML logs.
edit : removing "all" (a very very great part) of the plugs/points seems to work now on the server.
