Flux Plugs Vastly Multiply RF/t from Mekanism Wind Generators

So we just found this out on our All The Mods server, running Flux Networks 1.9.4 1.0.7.
With a wind generator from mekanism 162 RF/t becomes 253 RF/t.
Once you add my 100%x3 deep resonance crystal to the mix you get over 40K RF/t despite the crystal only producing 20k RF/t.
But the weird shit happens when you switch the flux plug on the wind generator to "Ignore Limit" and you get this:
That's 52 Million RF/t just from switching an option on.
As of our testing at the moment, only the Wind Generator seems to up the RF/t by that huge amount. I'll cross post this to the mekanism GitHub and see if they can shed any light.

I reproduced this situation. I also use All the Mods pack.
I connected the flux plug setting "Ignore Limit", with universal cable from Mekanism attached to the Stiring Generator from Ender IO. The flux point output 2.14Billion RF/tick.
If the option set limmited, it works fine.
I think it has some glitch with Mekanism energy system.
It's not just that... my mekanism industrial turbine can make 66M RF/t. I set the limit on the flux network to 70M, so my draconic energy core should have only been getting 66M RF/t. Not so. It got 70M RF/t, AND the buffer on my industrial turbine was increasing, when it obviously shouldn't have been.
Edit: If I switch the point and plug to ignore limits, my energy core will receive 21B RF/t.
Mod versions:
- Flux-Networks-1.9.4-1.0.7
- Mekanism 9.2.1-295
- Draconic Evolution 2.0.3.137
- Forge 12.18.2.2151
Fixed in dev - let me know if this persists though... the problem seems to be mekanisms end anyway. The 'output' in the Wind Generator GUI doesn't match what is being outputted in RF.
