1.12 - Having to replace points and reconnect to network after every server restart

Since the 1.12.2-3.0.6 update, we have been having to reset flux points after every single server restart. We restart every 2 hours, so as you can imagine, not having power every time we log back in is VERY frustrating.
I have a point connected to a refined storage controller and a thermal fluxduct...I don't think it matters what they are connected to, they just do not seem to be connected to the network/receiving power/able to transfer power after a server restart...probably related to chunk loading like the above commenter states, but even with chunks loaded after a server restart, the points have to be "refreshed" (break the point and place it back down again and reconnect it to the network) to get them to output any power to connected machines/power receiving blocks.
I would assume he has the same problem as I do. Usually when restarting the server all of the Flux Points stop registering that they have buildings next to them that need powering so you have to destroy them and place them again in order for them to start working again. Imo it has something to do with chunks despawning. I'm using FTB utilities to keep that from happening but it still does when restarting the server
P.S: It only happens to Flux Points, Flux Plugs don't have that problem
@rerk1 So the issue is Flux Points not recognising their connected blocks on server restarts? Is that what you mean by buildings?
If so could you please let me know what types of blocks are not reconnecting, and if they are in the same chunk or not.
Basically all galacticraft blocks. If you need me to try it out with any other blocks just tell me.
But as I said, it's just the Flux Points. The Flux Plugs work perfectly, I have many put on the solar panels
This should resolve the issue. I'm also now in the process of creating a new "Debug" tab to the GUIs which will have buttons to recheck block connections.
