Max Send is negative and power ceases on Network

On 4/6, I encountered a very strange occurrence while playing Space Astronomy 2. I was setting up some Farming Stations from Ender IO and had connected a Flux Plug to them. I turned the one on to my main network for power (the network has 44+ connections as is for power, with nearly 20 being Farming Stations).
After getting a bit of power to the Farming Station, I noticed it suddenly stopped receiving power. I went back to base and found my power gen was still running, along with the collection of Vibrant Capacitor Banks I had were nearly full (like .1 Giga RF from full, with a total of 2.5 Giga RF).
I took the Flux Plug back off the Farming Station but by then, everything in my base was losing power. I found I had a negative Max Send (massive negative at that, like 2 Giga RF which is impossible). I never could restore power, no matter what I disconnected from the network. Nor could I create a new network to fix the issue.
I thankfully had a backup of my world from 4/4, which I restored to. After restoring, everything was fine minus a few items I had added on 4/5. I began setting up a new Farming Station again, only to have the same issue reoccur.
I noted a similar sounding issue in happening in Minecraft 1.12, but this is a 1.10.2 pack.
If you need any further info, please let me know. Thanks!
I will try, though the pack uses 1.2.8 currently. MJRLegends added 1.2.9 back in February I believe, but almost immediately took it back out for 1.2.8.
I'm not really familiar with modifying mod packs, so if you have any advice/instructions on doing so, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
I noticed something odd with this yesterday. I decided to try and see what would happen whenever the Max Send would eventually become positive (it was -2 Giga RF but was shrinking rapidly). I separated some of my network out and converted some items to using RF Tools Advanced Powercells just to try and sort out the issue.
I noticed after a while, the network seemingly stabilized and began sending power to the Flux Points again. The weird thing is, this happened to only my networks that sends out power to Flux Points, not the one that transfer power gen to my main Capacitor banks.
However, after a while, the same issue came up again. I'm still working on trying to get 1.2.9 into the pack but when I made the switch before, it caused an error. I'll try to let you know the results when I get a chance to work on it again.
