1.12.2-3.0.5 Priorities Not Updating

First, I realize this is a slightly behind version. I am playing on a Feed The Beast Revelation (v 1.8.0), which uses Flux Networks version 1.12.2-3.0.5. I have gone through current issues (along with closed ones) to see if this issue was reported/resolved, and I could not find something that details the same issue.

Whenever a new flux point is set down, the network does not update with respect to whatever priority the newest flux point is set to.

To reproduce have the following setup and settings. A controller with "Largest First" selected for Send and Receive. I have a flux plug on a filled energy cell from the Thermal Expansion mod. I then have two empty energy cells with a flux point on each. The first empty energy cell has a priority of 0. The second empty energy cell has a priority of 1.

This initial network will work properly. Energy cell D will fill first.

If I then add another empty energy cell, add a flux point, and then set the priority to 2, cell D will still take priority. Even if I remove and replace points and energy cells, D taking priority would persist.

The only way I have found to fix this is by going to the flux controller and then cycling the settings for Send/Receive. Once I have done that, all priorities work as intended.

I have done additional testing with multiple full energy cells with flux plugs (one priority 1, the other on 0). The power will draw from both even after cycling the settings on the controller. I have no been able to find a working method for that.

Test it with latest version in a world for testing.
