Issue description:

Normal Flux Controller. There is an option called "wireless charging". With this option enabled, all my portable devices get power anywhere in the world and no matter what dimension. (like simplejetpack, or redstone arsenal tools)

Is that intended? If so, is there a setting to disable this? Because that is pretty strong and I would like to disable it globally on my server.
