Flux plugs/points look disconnected when they are not.

After updating to the latest version* of flux networks i have been having this bug where the points/plugs look like they are not connected to the block they are connected but still transfer power. This happens when i go away from them so the chunk are unloaded and come back

(plus RFTools Power that do not affect it)
