network stop sending power after a while

i'm using version 1.12.2-3.0.19-21 on enigmatica 2 expert skyblock 1.27a. i'm on ssp and the flux network will stop sending power after a while. i've tried deleting all the networks, resetting the flux points and plugs, remaking new ones.
i only have 4 point and 2 plugs; 1 plug for my nuclearcraft fusion reactor and 1 for my draconic orb. 1 point for the nuclearcraft fusion reactor, 1 for my AE2 system, 1 for my crafting machines and 1 for my draconic orb.
all have the same priority of 0, all the chunks are loaded using ftbutilities
i have the same issue and sometimes i can fix it by restarting my server, but this is not a good solution
also using 1.12.2-3.0.19-21 on skyfactory 4 single player and this issue happens on occasion when using nuclearcraft fusion reactor from the sky cities dimension. it will work just fine until i place another point and it seems to "fall over" and the reactor cannot add power to the network. some times going to the dimension fixes it sometimes i must re-set the network.
this problem was not an issue when using other generators and seems to only happen when pulling power from nuclearcraft.
Hope that may shed some light as to where the issue is.
Currently experiencing the same (or similar issue) in SkyFactory 4 using flux networks 1.12.2-3.0.19-21
I have a Mekanism Induction Matrix set up in a Compact Machine. I have one 'generators' network that takes energy from all of my various generators and feeds it into my Induction Matrix's input side. The output feeds into another network that powers machines around my base. On occasion the output will simply stop sending power at all.
Now, on this output side I've connected a Cryo-stabilized flux duct and the Flux Plug for the main network is attached to that. It does not receive any power. A secondary network plug is also connected to the flux-duct. It is getting power. In fact it's pulling about 14k without issue. But my main network isn't getting anything. Bear in mind that the current output capacity of the induction matrix is in the millions of RF, so the main Flux network absolutely should be getting power too.
This does appear to happen when I change dimensions. So if I pop into the compact machine to check on things, then pop out... there's a good chance things break when I leave.
Edit: I just did a little poking and this may be due to cross mod issues in my case. I had a flux point plugged directly into a Molecular Inscriber from Matter Overdrive. As soon as I took it off, my network was restored. I then put it back and things got weird again. No I've put a piece of flux duct between the Point and the machine and everything's back to normal.
Same exact issue in Sky Adventures. Also Wireless charging is still broke.

Same exact issue in StoneBlock 2.
Flux Networks version 1.12.2-3.0.19-21
Test it with 4.0.7, and backup your world first
