Flux plugs disconnect/stop transferring power when I log on and I have to physically break them and re-place them to make them work again

Describe the bug
I use several plugs and points in my minecraft world
when I log on to play, all my plugs are no longer connected...
they float there and look like they have the base plate connected, but nothing between the baseplate ad the cube
its just floating there..
When it does this... it does not transfer any power

I have to break the plug/point and place it again to make it work again

To Reproduce
I log off, and log back on and its broken again

Expected behavior
It should not break everytime I log off and log back on...LOL

hi, i´m using on my personal server (builded on a PC) FluxNetworks-1.16.5-6.1.7.12 version, refinedstorage-1.9.15 and refinedpipes-0.5, and i have a similar problem, but it happens on server shut down
When client disconnect and reconnect from game it still works, but if server is restarted or shutted down it are disconnected from refined pipes and refined storage

What happens if you replace the plug with a Mek cable, or if you connect the plug to other things?

I am experiencing the same issue. Let me know if there's any additional info I can provide.

I believe it was Immersive portals that was causing the issue on my group of mods...
when I got rid of immersive portals, all the problems with this went away and it started working correctly
I was having issues with Mekanism cables as well previously and I was told mekanism and immersive portals dont play well, and all the cables and RF things use the same basic library to work... so it breaks them all

After some more investigation, it seems like this only happens with energy pipes from Refined Pipes. Points stay connected to Mekanism cables.

Mekanism as a mod...sucks(laggy, bad recipes)
and it does it even when you dont have mekanism as a mod on your server
