Armour charging randomly stops working

Describe the bug
Playing ATM6 Skyblock. Two players have set up Flux Networks and configured for recharging of hotbar and armour inventories. For the most part it's been working just fine. However twice now we've found it stops charging just the armour slots. Items will still charge just fine in the hotbar, just not when worn. We've tested with both Iron Jetpacks and Mekanism chest and head pieces.
First time it happened it was just myself affected as I was the only one with a jetpack. I tried various settings within the FN GUI. I tried picking up and replacing plugs, points, storage and controller. I restarted the server. I think it was restarting my client that fixed it.
It's happened again today and is affecting two players. We have separate FN networks. I know that in my case the settings are fine because I haven't made any changes since it was last working. I've also taken a look at the other guy's setup and that seems OK. A server restart and client restart haven't helped.
Sorry I can't give more information as I'm not sure what else I should look at.
To Reproduce
Have a fully working FN that's charging your jetpack just fine

FWIW, I logged into the server about 30 mins ago and noticed my jetpack was not charging. Interestingly it wasn't charging in my hotbar either. I disabled and re-enabled the slots and wireless charging altogether, both in the reservoir and the controller, no good. I then set about working on other projects. Then w/o warning, my jetpack which was in my hand started bouncing up and down as it started charging again. Only one other player on the server at the moment; he's still working with cobble gens and has not touched FN.
Nothing on the server console. Looking at latest.log, the only matches on "flux" are the expected config and black/whitelist messages. There's a flood of the following but with 271 mods in the pack, no idea where it's coming from.
