It would be nice for server owners, if you could enable a setting, where only the chunkloading is activated, when a member or just the owner of the network is online.

+1 this would be great!! Not only for server admins, but for players themselves also to be able to choose always-loaded or loaded-when-online setting (but have it be overridable by server admin).
