Flux Plugs Stopped Transferring Power in Stoneblock 2

Hi, I have a Flux Network System set up with points around my base. Literally 10 minutes ago everything was working fine, but all of a sudden the flux plugs from my energy production setup aren’t transferring nearly as much energy as they should be. I have 12 magmatic dynamos all fully capable of supplying sufficient power (3 dynamos feeding into one plug) but only one plug is transmitting power.
I know it’s not that there’s too much demand that can’t be fulfilled because the dynamos are full of stored energy and just aren’t transferring it into the flux system.
On top of this, all except one of my points have stopped getting power. I have a seiving system that’s ground to a halt because it’s not getting any power through it, only my AE systems flux point keeps getting power according to the flux controller.
It feels like the flux systems only “requesting” enough power that’s needed to supply the one point (AE System) as my storage isn’t draining nor gaining any RF, it’s just sitting still when there is definitely more than enough RF being produced by my Dynamos that can charge the storage and supply power to all the points that have stopped receiving. The buffers on all my plugs and almost all my storage are full. Only one of my four plugs are transferring power (616RF/t)
When I turn on surge mode on the plugs that aren't doing anything, they then transmit over 1,000RF/t but only briefly then stop transferring and go back to doing nothing. But while they're surging, other points suddenly start receiving power now there's more available?
Sorry if I’m being stupid and have overlooked something obvious, like maybe there’s a setting in the flux system config or the flux plugs that's wrong? It was working fine not so long ago and I didn’t change anything apart from normally adding another point to the system then noticed it wasn't getting any power and that this had happened.
I absolutely love this mod and any help would be greatly appreciated.
